		<description>Well said.  I think every entrepreneur has gone through this at least once.  One or more employees think it is unfair when the owner cashes in on the upside, but we not there for the blood, sweat, tears and personal guarantees.  I now have a more articulate way of addressing things the next time I have to have that conversation.</description>
