It's true entrepreneurs put a lot of time, energy, and work into a business. But when they first start up that business, there many be some important questions they forget to ask themselves, like "how will I scale my business?"
I found an article that has a list of important questions all entrepreneurs should ask themselves before creating their own business. Check out http://www.wbsonline.com/resources/owner-s-checklist-for-starting-a-new-business/ .

It makes perfect sense what you are saying, but when y our are just beginning and dreaming about that perfect business, this is not something that comes to mind generally.

I'm looking forward to reading more about this too.

Thanks,
Erin

Thanks for the heads up! Learning how to reduce start up costs and ongoing operating expenses, could mean the difference between small business success, or ultimate shut down and failure. So how can you reduce these costs and give your new venture a better chance of survival? My answer is bootstrapping.
